ABOUT OPERATION FAYTH

In March of 2020 Fayth was hospitalized after undergoing an MRI. Her doctors told her parents that Fayth needed to undergo extensive testing as they believed Fayth had Pediatric Multiple Sclerosis. While Fayth was in the hospital, Fayth and her parents would walk the halls. While walking, Fayth would stop in the hall to play with a toddler that was in a crib with no one in sight. It broke Fayth's heart when they would have to leave the toddler to go back to her room. Fayth got discharged from the hospital 4 days after admission, but underwent 3 more months of extensive testing. On June 3rd, 2020, Fayth was diagnosed with Pediatric Multiple Sclerosis. During the next few months, Fayth went through some very challenging times along with the rest of her family. Melissa (Fayth's mother) joined an MLM company called Scentsy. One day, shortly after her mom joined this company, Fayth approached her mom with money in her hands asking if she could by a Scentsy buddy to give to the baby in the hospital. Fayth wanted to make sure that baby was comforted during his difficult times.  This was when Operation Fayth was born. That year (2020) Fayth and her family collected enough donations to provide 2 hospitals with over 200 Scentsy buddies!
But the journey didn't stop there!  Each year Fayth collected more donations to run her buddy drive each holiday season.  In August of2023 Operation Fayth became a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization!  Through Operation Fayth not only are we on a mission to give back to children in our communities, but we are out here raising awareness for Pediatric MS and Pediatric Lupus which Fayth got diagnosed with on December 1st, 2023.
